Chocolate cake for Passover

【ingredient】

・200g butter　・200g chocolate plate  

・six egg　・half a cup Powdered sugar 

① Butter and chocolate melted in a pan.

② Add 6 yolks to（1）and mix.

③  in another bowl, wisk 6 egg whites and suger little by little to,

make a frothy meringue.

④ Divide（3）meringue into 3 parts and add to（2）, 

in order not to crush the bubbles,mix slowly with a rubber spoon.

⑤ Pour dough in mold, bake for 35min, at 180 degrees ℃.

⑥ Topping with whipped cream and the dried fruit.
