Home made Gyoza
・salt a little
・flour, salad oil as appropriate
・pork mincemeat 300g

⑥Heat salad oil in a frying pan, put in gyoza. When gyoza turns brown, pour in hot water, reduce to medium heat and continue to fry.
⑦When water is almost completely gone and skin is transparent, turn heat to high and evaporate water.
