Home made Gyoza

【ingredient】
・flour 150g
・salt a little
・water 1/2cup
・flour, salad oil as appropriate
・pork mincemeat 300g
・A (1/2 bunch minced leeks, 4 slices Chinese cabbage, 6 pieces of fresh shiitake, 2tsps sesame oil, 1tsp soy sauce, pepper)

①Place flour and salt on table, make it hollow in the center, then pour the water gradually into the hole and mix.
 ②After pouring all the water, knead well until there is no more flour on your hands. When dough has a glossy surface, wrap them and let stand for 15 min.
③Knead the dough into stick shapes, and cut into equal portions. Sprinkle with flour and flatten into circular shapes with a rolling pin.
④Put minced pork and (A) into a bowl, knead them with your hands until it becomes sticky.
⑤Spread the gyoza pastry, and put on the (4) ingredients. Fold in half and pinch pleats into the edges and wrap up.
⑥Heat salad oil in a frying pan, put in gyoza. When gyoza turns brown, pour in hot water, reduce to medium heat and continue to fry.
⑦When water is almost completely gone and skin is transparent, turn heat to high and evaporate water.
