◆ World Recipe ◆
Mongolian cooking Buzz

【ingredient】
・150g cake flour
・ 1/4cup water
・ 100g Lamb meat
・ 2 pieces Cabbage
・ 1/2 Onion
・ A piece of garlic
・1/2 teaspoon salt

① Add cake flour and water in a bowl, 
Mix it while it like hardness like an earlobe,
And wrap with plastic wrap, and keep it for half-hour.
② Mince cabbage and onion and garlic, 
Add minced lamb meat and salt mix well.
③ Knead the dough into stick shapes, and cut into equal portions.

【ingredient】
・4 teaspoons Pu'ercha
・400cc water
・3 teaspoons salt
・20g butter

Boil the water with the tea leaf for 2-5 minutes.
