200ml vinegar,150ml~200ml water.2 tsps sugar, a little bit pepper & salt

1, A your favorite fish into the pan
2, and all other ingredients into it
3, It cover and boils for 10~15 min
4,Finish with salt and peppar to taste.

◆ Abodo

【ingredients】chicken,1/4 onion,2 dozen cloves of garlic,
2 Tsps soy sauce,1/2 Tsps vinegar, 1/2 Tsps sugar,a little bit pepper,
a sheet bay reef,100cc coconut milk,salad oil

1, Mince garlic, and onion to slices.
2 Put oil and garlic and in flying pan, add onions,
and fly until browned.and Add chicken
3 Add a seasoning then half fire passes in chicken.
4 cover and simmer over low heat for about 20min.
5 Finally add coconut milk and boil about 1min.

【ingredients】2 bananas, 4 spring roll sheets,brown sugar,

1 Cut bananas half and half,
2 Place a cut banana on spring sheets.
3 Roll forward and then roll sides, finish rolling.
Add starch and water to the end tip,
so the roll holds together.
4 Fry rolls in oil until browned.

【ingredients】Rice,Garlic,minced green onion,pork,oil,a little bit pepper & salt

1 Heat a frying pan in oil.add garlic & pork
2 add in warm rice when pork is cooked,stir-fry and season.
3 Move frying pan around slowly and add minced green onion.
